Our mission is simple: to keep your hair healthy, stylish, and thriving while providing a relaxing experience every time you visit. A deposit is required to book appointments. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 35% of the service cost that MUST BE PAID prior to re-book appointment. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service cost that MUST BE PAID before you’re allowed to book your next appointment. CLIENTS WHO CANCELS LATE OR NO SHOW TWICE WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BOOKING. We understand that there are emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, notify us as soon as possible. There is a 10 minute grace period. Clients arriving more than 10 MINUTES LATE may need to reschedule and may be charged the 35% late cancellation fee.
